In such a situation, the government. must take decisions on a every day. He said that when the government. felt that its permission to sell non-essential goods through the e-commerce platform during lockdown wouldn't ensure its effective implementation ,the choice was reviewed and reversed. There will be a ban on the availability of non-essential goods. After this, some e-commerce companies started taking online orders. The reason for reversing this order isn't immediately known. But it's being said that retail traders also started pressuring them to allow them to start out selling non-essential items. Later on Sunday, the house Secretary wrote a letter to the chief secretaries of all states and union territories to clarify the case during this matter. He said within the letter, 'I want to form it clear that e-commerce companies won't be allowed to produce non-essential goods. They will be allowed to produce only essential items as before.
