Easy way to convert image to text

Hi everyone my name is Rosan Kumar. Today I'm going to show you the way you may take a sheet of text and convert it into text, then edit in Microsoft Word. You do not need the other applications aside from Microsoft Word.

To be ready to try this well so how will we take this piece of text and convert it into text on my computer.

Well, the primary thing that we're gonna do is you are taking an image of this along with your smartphone. 

It'll reserve it as a JPEG and so you are going to get that photo on your computer.

So here I'm on my desktop and I have readily done those steps. So we do not need to jump through those and here I'm open up the image that I took.

I'm not here to speak that we're here to get this within the text in your document. So I've got this JPEG and that I want to edit this text.

Well, how do I try this so what I'm gonna do is we're gonna open Microsoft Word as I said. We might use Word to try this and we're visiting jump into just a blank document.

So what I would like to try to is that the very first thing that we're going do is take this JPEG that I created and we're going to drag and drop that into Word.

Then here you will see that you just do not have the image in Word but I am unable to edit the text how do I edit the text.

It is a little route to try it, they may probably make it. Microsoft could probably make this a bit easier where to Illustrate.

You may right-click thereon and there was some choice to convert to text but we got to try this random route to be ready to edit.

So how will we try this the primary thing we're going to do is head to file and click on save as and what I'm doing is I'm going to put this on my desktop.

So I'm gonna just save this file to my desktop so we're gonna just save it. As say convert to text now.

But what we're going to do is for the save as type rather than just saving it.

As a document what we wish to try to is we want to save this as a PDF so we're going click on PDF and so we're going to click on save.

So there you go and now we are going to open up seems like Microsoft edge and it shows me the PDF that I just saved there with image.

Now one in all the attractive things that you just can do with a word is once you open a PDF, word automatically converts that PDF to text and then that's how we get that's basically how we get the text into Word so let's try that.

So what I'm going to do, I'll go to file open and we're going to just onto the desktop and then I see my convert to text PDF.

So let's try opening that file, so I'm gonna click thereon and it says word will now convert your PDF to an editable or a document.

That's exactly what we wish this might take a long time the resulting Word document is optimized and that I do edit the text.

So won't look exactly just like the original PDF that's fine, so we're gonna click on OK and then right away.

It's doing the conversion and there you go it says all the text from the sheet and sees here I could type alongside it and what I'm going to do is let's open up this document and we're going to open it.

Next to the original image so I'm gonna put the image on one side the document on the opposite side and here you can see it did a reasonably pretty good job.

It did a reasonably good job of taking this text from just a random image.

So bring it into Word and here I can edit I can do whatever I would like with any of the text you'll be able to try this with any sort of document.

Just take an image and convey it into Word and so you'll be able to act and edit the text it's pretty simple to do you only need word and so your smartphone or some sort of phone or camera, any camera will work and you may try this if you were able to successfully bring text into Word and now we were able to edit it
